Get your Valentine's heart glowing!
2012-02-03 21:30:00
Följ min blogg med BloglovinThis is the post we have all been waiting for... The pre-Valentine's Day post! I had about twenty ideas of cute desserts to make (I mean this IS the highlight of the dessert-year according to me), but I fell for this one. A classic raspberry cheesecake in a glass, with a fun chocolate heart. To me, eating your dessert with a spoon from a glass, adds to a more luxurus experience. Something that brings the memories back to summer, a first date, that bubbelgum excitement and innocence. Can't say we are really big with mousse-desserts like this or sundaes in Sweden, sometimes swedes get suspicious when something is a little too good (like an overwhelmingly gorgeous sundae). Then they pop right back into the default mode of root vegetables, wet mud and clogs. It just has to be a little awful (which reminds me of a classic Monty Python sketch..)King Arthur: Old woman. Dennis: Man. King Arthur: Man, sorry. What knight lives in that castle over there?&...
Liquidized nutrition
2012-01-26 01:18:00
Hi You! The tooth fairy came and took my wisdom tooth today (with a little help from a surgeon dentist), so I'm only allowed to eat liquid food for a couple of days now. I'm usually a great nibbler and love all things crunchy, so having liquid food is only exiting for a short period. Already my breakfasts and evening snack are smoothies, so having it for lunch and dinner too only makes me anxious to start eating solids again (I can't wait to have a big bite of my favorite apple). They say that the third day is the worst, pain wise, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed it won't be worse than what it's been so far. Yet these are the kind of situations when you have the chance to see things in a new perspective. If there is something you can't have or if your health is not granted, you suddenly find yourself over the moon grateful for what you do have. A lesson of gratitude is always good! And I figured it only fair to share my wisdom with the tooth fairy, she can have t...
Glitter & Stars
2012-01-19 01:19:00
Remember how I wrote that it is our time now, we who know how to find glitter on a gray pavement? Man... Did I drop my jaw when we went out walking the other night, and I found decoration silver stars on the ground!! (no I didn't put them there, haha). I can only interpret it as a sign that it IS our time now. How Grand is that?! Everything is going to be fine.. Gaia will survive, the rainbow warriors won, illuminati lost, Heaven on earth is here!Playing: David Gray, Slow motion. In my aroma lamp: Lime, lemon, coriander, ginger and litsea cubea. Tea: Cloudberry, sallowthorn, strawberry and blueberry blend. Have a good morning, day, night everyone!/Karolina~
Your Strategy for 2012
2012-01-14 21:01:00
Hi members of the Galactic ground Crew, the Keepers and Care takers of Gaia ;) I hope all is well and that you are walking down a life path that is in alignment with your own truth. I'm re-posting the two latest eLetters I've been sending out to all of you who are subscribed again. Both as a reminder, and for you who are not subscribed and have missed out on the last mini-series where I went through how to get rid of the things that holds you back, and guidance to set new targets and grow new dreams. The statistics says that a good 86% of people make New Year resolutions, and only 14 days later, 30% of them have already scaled back on the promises. After a few months, only 12% are still striving toward the goals they set in January. This is why you need a strategy. The ones giving up, probably didn't have one. Your Strategy for The New Year: This is all very basic, and for a lot of you, this is not any news, you've already done the work. But you can ...
Intuitive eating and swirled Blackberry Ice cream
2012-01-12 01:06:00
Hi sweethearts, I've missed you! How's life?? I'm enjoying the first month of the new year. New beginnings, action, planning, change.. Things I love, and ever since I can recall, I've always loved the energy of January. As me and Jakob is definitely found in the file "workoholics", as we have two small business to nurture. Some readjustments in our lifestyle would be welcome. Working til 4 in the morning, getting up at noon, for a couple of months now (though always with a smile, we love our lazy mornings), we could definitely benefit from more balance in our life. Earlier I was a little bit of a "health and order" natzi. I didn't ate a nano particle that weren't "right", and I had excellent routines. I didn't realize then, that I had prisoned myself with my high health ambitions, and that it was liming me and also boring me to death. Then Jakob came into my life with different routines and it gave me the blessing of seeing myself from a distance. Balance....
Happy New Year!! And a whimsical chocolate recipe.
2011-12-31 21:38:00
2012 is coming up. I'm not up for new year resolutions.. You only tend to break them in the end. Making a Revolution is way better! The difference between a resolution and a revolution, is that a revolution is a process with no physical goals, no strive for the perfect, only for the inner satisfaction of completion. My new years Revolutions? continue to eat intuitively,? travel more, ? exercise more, ? move houses,? inner work / outer work, ? read more interesting books, ? do more crafting,? spending lots of time in nature,? getting out of my comfortzone,? following my heart to 100%. My new year Wishes? I want to help build heaven on earth. ? I want to invest my gifts in the service of others.? I want to inspire people to love the small things.? I want to empower people to see their inner value and importance. And, some new years goodies! These super food chocolates has a little bit of everything in them. It's a creative concuction made ...
Christmas
2011-12-25 23:11:00
Our Rococo-christmas tree decorated with ribbons, feathers and butterflies. Hi!! And Merry Christmas! How's your holiday celebrations coming up? Mines been a bit up side down really. Christmas eve turned into a process (mainly me letting go of old emotional toxins), but having a horoscope with a "pluto personality"always gives me intense and deep emotional processes. I'm used to it, to say the least, and appreciate that the pluto influence forces me to tackle things that I otherwise would not.  Sometimes that's life and as long as you become wiser and more humble, it can only be good, having a process or two. Anyhow... Christmas morning was way better, with a new understanding of yesterdays emotional findings, AND a fruit salad with a killer super food-chocolate sauce. Fruit salad with a Super food Raw ChocolateI like to go classic, using banana, apple, pear, orange, passion fruit, melon and raisins. You can not make a decent fruit salad without that ...

What is your Love Delivery?
2011-12-10 22:46:00
For the first time in my life, I felt gratitude for the simple fact that my heart was beating. I was standing in the shower and suddenly it got to me, what a vibrant life force it holds - my body. That I have to breath my self, every inhale and exhale, but that the heart truly is the motor of life itself. I felt that I wasn't a day older than four, and that the power in being a child, unaware of it all, yet aware of it all, is a true blessing and STRENGTH. Children are free from mental prisons like neurotic concerns and over analyzing. I really got to taste that state of mind, of being all natural and free. Like a little girl. And as I stood there I felt that courage comes from this very heart shaped life force. And everything sort of zoomed in on the point where I'm at in my life now. That there is only that. What lies behind is dead, what comes, I create.. In the now. Minute by minute. That what we do with the time that has been given to us is precious. The sum of my life'...
Raw candy ebook update, and a happy announcement!
2011-12-06 03:11:00
Happy monday folks!! I have some happy news for you: the new webshop is crispy fresh, got some flirty make up on and that great bright smile. Me & Jakob are smiling too, as newly baked partners in this adventure, we feel blessed to walk this path of being in assistance and serving by providing some of the worlds greatest foods, greatest raw recipes and inspiration for anyone wanting to practice Self Love. Because Love is the new black, the missing piece of the world-puzzle that everyone with some sort of gift can give her or himself and the rest of the family of humans. There is noting more important than using ones gift in serving of humanity, and serving oneself to become a sharper tool for that. If you keep reading you'll find out what your gifts are.. And talking about walking one's life path. Do you know the number of your life path? When I found out years ago, that I was a 9, so much fell into place! For example, 9's will never be satisfied if their ...
Upcoming raw candy ebook!
2011-11-30 16:45:00
Hello brothers and sisters! A quickie before I start working in the kitchen making more raw goodies! I've been starting to work on a raw candy ebook. I thought I'd might as well do it as my cookie and snack phase seems to have gotten a real grip on me now.. I was also planning on making some raw treats as christmas gifts for my family this year so why not turn it into an ebook? For this year I have a christmas challenge:? I'm going to make all of the christmas gifts with my hands. No shopping except for things I need in the making. ? I'm going to make only beautiful things that calls to the hearts and souls of the receiver, nothing practical.? I'm going to take the time (that I don't have) to fully embark in the crafting for the pure joy of creating and giving, also as crafting is such a wonderful meditation. ? As much as possible, making the gifts out of old things (so far, I'v got three lovely old books I'm going to turn into a true work of art lat...
The Ultimate Comfort Cookies
2011-11-23 20:51:00
Happy wednesday my Friend!Bright as a button today are we? ...Or maybe not? Either way I got one perfect excuse for you to roll up your sleeves and spend 15 minutes to make these cookies weather you want to celebrate an awesome day or pick your self up from a not so good one. The ultimate celebration cookies or comfort cookies! They are chewy, of a cookie dough consistency and full of heavy chocolate flavors. Who can resist that?! Oh yeah, they are healthy too!Made of prunes, pumpkin seed flour (that you can easily make), some virgin coconut oil, raw cacao, agave/honey and vanilla - they are easy peasy to make.Health benefits of Prunes:[Prunes are dried plums]? Contains a unique phytochemical (plant chemical) called neochlorogenic and chlorogenic acid. These are antioxidants that are damage-preventing, neutralizing a particularly dangerous oxygen radical. Prunes also prevent oxygen-based damage to fats. Since our cell membranes and brain cells consists of fat you can image the impor...
Climbing higher and Pecan & Fig bars!
2011-11-17 21:20:00
Namasé beautiful beings! We went climbing today, my first time. Exiting and quite scary with my first attempt to climb to the top. I've always thought that "that's nooo game for me", but once you're up there, you see it from a new angle sort of speak :) As I'm a bit afraid of heights, this was a challenge. I could feel a panic attack coming, so I wasn't up for pushing my limits. But before we left I had another go and went almost all the way to the top. Having done this, something sublime falls into place, as I'm planning on taking my raw dessert making to the next level. Climbing was a symbolically important ritual that I will carry with me in my planning and creating.Looking at the dessert work I've done lately, I can clearly say that I'm in a "cookie & snack" phase now.. :) Today I made these Pecan and fig bars that turned out really good! I love a good, moist bar with lots of flavor. The crisp, crunchy ones are great too, but if you are really hungry and out and runni...
Happy 11-11-11 and Chia heart Cookies!
2011-11-11 23:11:00
Happy 11-11-11 day to You!Did you know that you can change your DNA by simply exposing your mind to high vibrant words? If you are familiar to the work of Mr. Masaru Emoto, the japanese scientist who photographs ice crystals  after the water has been exposed to different words, like "love", "gratitude", "peace" and other high frequency words, forms the most beautiful and well structurued ice crystals. Keeping this in mind, and the fact that our body is up to 70% of water.. You quickly realize how easy it is to put the entire you in a different wavelength, when working with words. This fascinates me, and I'm trying to sneak in good vibe words in my daily life (as well as affirmations). Filling up with not only physical nutrition, but also frequency nutrition is equally as important. How it's done? Repeat a sentence with good vibe words to re-progam yourself, like "I am Healthy", "My life is a Miracle", "My Dreams comes True", or what ever you need to fill up wit...
What to do with the Carrot Pulp-Cookies. Nut free recipe!
2011-11-09 02:36:00
Hi there beautiful!! How are you enjoying autumn so far? I was up "early" (for me early) this morning, finishing my carrot cookies with raw chocolate "hats" that is left on top of the cookie to melt in the dehydrator. It's nice to start using the dehydrator more frequently now when it gets colder, my head is full of mouth watering ideas :) I'm home alone now for a couple of days, fully enjoying my own company, as I am a true loner, at least in periods. This is Goddess-time, to reconnect with my own pace, freak dancing in front of the mirror in the bedroom, listening to all my favorite music LOUD, and just caring about my self all day long. And yes, eating up all of these cookies. I made a carrot cookie recipe, considering the carrot-pulp issue: what to do with the minced pieces of carrot that is left after juicing? If you have a dehydrator, it is a great excuse to use it for pulp-cookies, whether it is nut pulp or veggie pulp. But of course, you can make these cookies without havi...
Let's make a better world, shall we? Let's Occupy our own dreams!
2011-10-27 22:29:00
Aloha beautiful one! ? This post is about how we can use our vision to create a better world, by focusing on what we want.? I've been creative in the kitchen and made a special cake you can read more about further down..?..and made a whimsical lamp with Jakob. We have an Occupy movement now, starting at Wall street. People are angry with the system. They blame "them" that made it all go wrong. I love that people are starting to wake up, it's not a day too soon. The world is a deeply unjust place to live in for the majority of people. But stop a while and think about it. Can we adjust this just a little bit so that the movement can have a stronger impact? If we put all our focus on what's wrong, in anger, frustration even desperation.. Than that's what we create. We know that we're angry for sure, but what would happen if we sat down, using that strong desire and started focusing on what we want? Addressing to the "leaders" (= puppets in the game) in anger, only makes us Und...
Granola
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Hi the beautiful people! It's autumn!I'm back again after a while of working on the new newsletter and doing some inner processing. A lot of things has happened. I'm throwing out some of my things, creating space and finding new parts of my self (that's wonderful by the way, you should try it!) For instance, try getting rid of old clothes you wore during the peak of your life. They don't fit you anymore, as you are holding on to the past every time you wear them. If you give them away, you just might se another you in the mirror! I gave away a rather girly skirt I used to love, only to find out how much this skirt had hold me back by just sitting in my closet (!) I've done these wardrobe feng shui missions before, but never have I seen so dramatic changes. A pink, girly skirt just isn't me.... This month of october is packed full of interesting earth changes, and I gladly welcome them! What ever happens, needs to happen. For me it feels like years of inner pressure is be...
Same recipe, another shape!
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Isn't it strange, how something can taste different if you change the shape of it? I made these cute little lime tarts from the original 'Lime Pie' recipe, this time without the whipped cashew cream and lime. This is the greatness of raw desserts; you can remake, recycle, reinvent and upgrade  everything! As you can't really go wrong in making raw desserts, i.e. if you happened to add a little too much of one ingredient, than you only need to add a little more of another, you practice problem solving, something we greatly lack in the modern society. Instead, we are driven by the black-and-white thinking that if something isn't perfect, it must be bad: the toxics of the left brain, that really gets us nowhere..When you start doing your first raw desserts, you notice one thing - that you have to use the creative side of your brain (the right brain). In our western society, this is an unusual mental stimulation, as we most of the time are forced to place our focus in the ...

Personal: My Checklist. What does yours look like?
2011-10-24 14:20:00
I recently watched one of the most meaningful movies in a long time. It's with Julia (love her) Roberts, and I know I'm about one year behind, but I finally saw "eat, pray, love". And to sum up the feeling after watching this movie: it's amazing how many pieces of the puzzle that falls into place, once you give yourself some time and space to Breath..I used to be so good at this. I was spending my days, not chanting, never did, but living an every day life filled with a maximized sense-pressence. Know what I mean?Singing. A lot. Every day, several hours. Not, humming, but singing o u t   l o u d, seriously, from head to toe, full body of voice, nice voice :) Too shy to perform though. And dancing. Loosing my self in the vivid dreamworld of dance. Lonely dancing in my own little fantasy bubble. Never cared much about the time, only for the weather and rhythm of nature. I haven't owned a watch in years. If I were to ever find my self with just a liitle more courage than I...

What road are you choosing?
2011-10-24 14:20:00
The mayan calendar ends in late october 2011, according to the Swedish author Carl Johan Calleman. The months until then will be ever so transforming for all creatures on earth, also because of the four comets that are passing earth, that the Hopis and Mayan prophecy is talking about. Comets Honda, Levy, Elenin and Holmes, may play a huge roll in our future growth. They are all paying us a visit, as they enter our orbit and passes by during a period of three months from august to october this year. The two most interesting stars in the prophecy is comet Elenin (the blue star Kachina) and comet Holmes (the red star Kachina). Briefly the prophecy says that the blue star Kachina/Elenin, together with the two comets Honda and Levy (the guardians of the north and south poles) will return the Earth to it's natural rotation which is counter-clockwise. After this is done, the red star Kachina is entering our orbit as I understand. This star is known as the "purifier". It has...
Farmers Market Peach Cobbler
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Hi guys! I went to the farmers market last weekend to catch me some juicy peaches for the Peach Cobbler I was talking about. Peaches are in season right now, so what could be better than whipping up a quick and easy Peach cobbler? I made a simple pie crust, and poured a creamy peach smoothie over, sprinkled with some pecan, cinnamon and agave cobbler-crumbs and topped it witch slices of peaches and more crumbs. Easy peasy!! And way more decadent and satisfying than I could ever describe, you just have to taste it!Health benefits of peachesWhy I was soo drawn to peaches might be my body trying to tell me to eat that potassium (kalium) that peaches is very rich in. More interesting facts about the health benefits of peaches are that they contain beta-carotene, which the body transforms into vitamin A. They also contain:? Lycopene? LuteinThere are several studies and indication that both lycopene and lutein can help prevent macular degeneration, cancer and heart disease.? High i f...
Guest Cake-maker 'Laila' made the nut free Chocolate & Vanilla Cake!
2011-10-24 14:20:00
One of my facebook friends, super cute vegan Laila from Germany, made my nut free Chocolate & Vanilla Cake last week and sent me this picture of her cake! She said that it was so much satisfying and delicious. Here's the old post with more photos and the recipe in swedish :) Why don't you try it too? It is not a beginners recipe, it's a little more advanced as it includes two layers and a frosting, plus you need to freeze the cake after every layer. But it's well worth the little extra time. If you're used to make raw desserts, and want a truly decadent and nut free cake, this is to live for!! ^^It's great to have a heavier chocolate cake as comfort food now when the days is getting chillier. If you don't have all the super food ingredients at home that the recipe calls for like Sunflower lecitin, Agave or Mesquite, it will work fine anyway. I use the Sunflower lecitin to make the fillings more creamy (and it has a fantastic nutritional value), but you can skip it if ...
Potassium & Health, plus a Soul-feeding weekend
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Hi friends! I had an amazing weekend, visiting one of my favorite cities in Sweden (Norrköping) for the first time in almost a decade. I spend a couple of years there in my early twenties that had a huge impact on me. I met up with old friends I haven't spoken face to face with in such a long time. We walked the streets I used to walk and I could remember old thoughts, feelings, conversations, aha-moments that I got walking there for the first time. It was like tying two loose ends together. I felt like a whole new person when I got back home. ^^I did a hair mineral analysis a few weeks ago, so now I'm eating extra of vitamin C, B, A, E, and minerals like zinc, magnesium, niacin, manganese, chromium and potassium. These supplements are based upon my individual metabolic type and my unique mineral pattern. I'm sure I eat nutritious food and all, but I have had deficiency in hydrochloric acid (saltsyra) so I haven't been able to absob the nutrition. But one thing tha...
Nut free Pie experiments~
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Hi beautiful friends! Here are some photos of this weeks nut free raw dessert experiment. This time a pineapple and passion fruit filled pie, with a crust of buchwheeties. Yum!It's been an intense week here. I spent it alone since Jakob went to visit his family and that sort of turned my entire routine up side down.. ..in a great way! I've discovered the magic of having only two things on my daily to-do-list, not 555 of them. Right now Im in the middle (or end of) the editing of the second edition of my eBook The Raw Dessert Revolution. It is to be launched again within a week I hope. I haven't added any recipe, but adjusted the recipes and simplified the step-by-step explanations. The layout is also being polished. Of course all of you who have ordered it get the second edition for free. At my balcony my bell peppers are having babies!! So cute and still in a lime color. In time they will grow larger and turn yellow (this is a yellow cone shaped bell pepper). ...
Stars & Stripe Tiramisu from the dessert eBook!
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Long talks, long walks....in the green shadows of water meadows.Childhood friend talks, an essential part of a healthy heart, giving birth to new understandings, gosh I love you cuz you understand me. So many thing to talk about, never ending needs, a cup full of sharing, sowing beautiful seeds. The end of the rainbow, this constant state we're in, receiving each others most inner things. Unfolding treasures within. Revealing secret feelings, oh beloved one, you give me wings. I was having a lovely friend over yesterday and treated her with an old yummy favorite, a raw tiramisu I did for the dessert eBook. Remember this? :)I remade it for the second edition of the eBook that is soon being published, and let her taste it. She loved it! :D I thought you get the recipe too, so here it is: Stars & Stripe Raw Tiramisu (in Swedish further down)Chocolate Filling? 3/4 cup Almonds? 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts? 2/3 cup Water? 1 pinch Himalayan salt? 1/4 teaspoon real Vanil...
More nut free Cubes
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Happy Monday friends! I'm a busy bee right now, so I only have time to post the latest photos of my work. Yet again nut free raw sweets.. And cubes. It seems I have got stuck on cubes lately :) I wonder why? I guess I need more structure in my whimsical, creative life (Im glad you don't get to see my kitchen at the moment). These cubes are under construction. Im on a mission to make them explode in the mouth with intense flavor. If you're interested in more raw dessert treats, have a look at my eBook The Dessert Revolution!Until next time, Treat yourself with Love~/Karolina
Icelandic horseback riding & Nut free dessert experimenting
2011-10-24 14:20:00
Halló minn góði vinur! The other day I had a blast with a dear old friend. She took me to a farm outside the city to ride icelandic horses (it was a birthday gift for my 30th birthday earlier this summer). We rode for two hours in a fairytale landscape. The view it self had this kind of soul-feeding effect, that only nature can have. If you're into horses, you might know that the icelandic horse has 5 gaits, one of them being "Tölt", a very comfortable gait ridden in a variety of speeds from slow to "super tölt". I've ridden icelandic horses  before, but going from riding a three gaited horse that Im used to, to the icelandic style of riding is so much fun! The funny thing with tölt, is that your body is almost still, while the horse is running intensely, almost like a duck that floats smoothly on the surface of the water, but with it's legs working frantic under the water :) The past week I've also been working with a set of new nut free raw desserts! Im so used t...
