The trial against The Pirate Bay starts in Stockholm on Monday next week, and the Swedish public television will broadcast it on their Website.This is the first time they will broadcast a program only over the Web. Trials in Sweden are never broadcast on TV and cameras are not allowed in courtrooms.The interests is huge and I think this is a good idea, because of the target group etc etc, but I also think that this should be applied to all courts in Sweden. If they are more transparency the better it is.My guess is that The Pirate Bay is going to lose this case and if they do, a new media will be born. Does anyone know how to met the copyright owners in the middle? Spotify is a lovely media but if I want all my tracks and movies down to my computer so I can burn them on a CD? Not many people outside the world of marketing and communications knows what a planner is doing.A lot of people and friends have asked me about what a planner is and why I like my studies so much.There are many rejoinders on this question and here comes one strong reason.Linda Börjesson a copywriter on the famous and great agency Farfar says:?Don?t automatically think that people who have been working in this business for a long time always have right.Reflect on your own opinion. There is no key answer just a final result.?It is never learn and then you can do it, like it is in the majority of all kind of jobs.On the other hand is the planner-role the link between the scientific studies and the creative work and power. So I cant live out this argument for 100%.But here is the reason for why I want to be a planner is coming in:A combination to work with a strong academic strategy in a creative and open-minded atmosphere.

Now am I back from the Future Designdays in Stockholm.Have to say that I miss our capital a little bit. But I will go there for study a third year in marketing communications next autumn term. The problem is just to find an apartment/room in the overpopulated capital.I will post some content from the design days later on, don?t have so much to share with you yet. For the moment I also write my entrance exam to Bergh?s School of communications and to IHR program on Stockholm University. One page that brings up my point of view about what kind of trends that is going to affect my work as an planner or marketer in the future. Would appreciate if you will come with your thoughts of this topic! What do you think we will get for possibilities and threats in the future?

The market of today requries a balance of fast thinking, cost efficiency and above all creativity. This is where the modern advertising agency can excel compared to brand consultants and design agencies - not exactly known to be fast or cheap. Working with service delivery has also been an area where digital agencies have been successful. Product/service innovation doesn't have to be complicated either. A new British movie is coming up. This time based on the cult novel written by Kevin Sampson. And this time (finally) it seems to be, unlike some previous efforts (Green Street) Because Awaydays is being made by people who really know about football and the youth culture and how the music, fashion and football, first took root on Merseyside in mid 1977, later to explode nationwide in the mid 80s. As you understand the movie is about the casual era in the early days. I really hope that this is going to meet all my expectations Its out in march 09
