Film på VHS: Traffic! (2000)
2007-10-26 11:43:00 Helfräsig film av hyperproduktive regissören Steven Soderbergh. Tänk om James Cameron kunde damma iväg filmer i Soderberghs takt, då skulle jag vara lycklig. Eller om om Sam Raimi kunde göra nåt annat än Spindelmannen (Evil Dead IV?), Peter Jackson kunde göra en splatterfilm igen och Oliver Stone gjorde nåt bra överhuvudtaget istället för rappel som "Alexander" och "World Trade Center"... Då skulle jag vara lycklig. Lycklig blir man däremot inte av att se den här filmen. ja, jag menar inte så utan jag menar att man får sig istället en rejäl tankeställare om hur enormt omfattande droghandeln är, vilka enorma summor pengar som det handlar om och hur helt jävla hopplös kampen mot narkotika måste kännas för dom som försöker hålla emot. Manus är skrivet av Stephen Gaghan som regisserade oljedramat "Syriana". Fantastisk och tänkvärd även den.Handlingen: Narkotikan flödar in i USA via den mexikanska gränsen.
